In the event of an emergency, the designated assembly point is located beside the amenity block. Please follow all staff instructions promptly.
Check-out is by 10:00am. Timely departures allow us to prepare sites for incoming guests. Late check-out fees may apply after this time.
BBQ areas are available between 8:00am – 9:30pm. Please clean BBQs after use for the benefit of all guests.
For safety reasons, children must be supervised at all times, particularly in the amenity block, BBQ, and playground areas.
For guest safety, access to the amenity block is restricted while cleaning is in progress. Please respect our staff during these times.
Quiet hours are observed between 10:30pm – 7:00am. Please keep noise to a minimum and be considerate of fellow campers. Reasonable behaviour is expected at all times. If you experience any issues, please contact the office. Boom boxes are not permitted on site.
All caravans and campervans connecting to campground power outlets must display a current Electrical Warrant of Fitness (EWOF) and comply with LPG Standard NZS5428:1996.
Electrical connections for tents are permitted only through an approved RCD safety switch.
Fireworks are strictly prohibited. A complete fire ban is in place throughout the property. Only gas cooking appliances may be used. Charcoal or wood BBQs, braziers, smokers, and open flames are not permitted.
Laundry facilities operate via token system. Tokens are available from the office for $5 each, and laundry liquid is provided.
Please notify the office regarding any lost or found property. Unclaimed items will be held for 14 days before being responsibly disposed of.
Playground hours are 7:00am – 10:00pm. Children must be supervised at all times.
Refunds are not provided for early departures. Please refer to the refund policy outlined in your booking confirmation.
Please help us care for the environment by using the correct rubbish and recycling bins provided throughout the campground. Two recycling stations are located nearby.
Each shower cubicle includes a button providing 5 minutes of complimentary hot water. As water is metered, we encourage mindful usage.
All indoor and outdoor taps provide safe drinking water sourced from the local council supply. Please conserve water where possible.
Visitor hours are 8:00am – 8:00pm and are subject to management approval. All visitors must register at the main office upon arrival and comply with campground rules. Visitors remain the responsibility of their host. A day visitor fee of $15 per person applies.
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in cabins, the amenity block, and playground areas. Failure to comply may result in cleaning charges and liability for any associated damages. Smoke alarms are installed in all buildings for guest safety.

An AED (Automated External Defibrillator) is located outside reception and is accessible at all times in the event of an emergency.
For the safety of all guests, the campground speed limit is 5kph. Speeding or dangerous driving may result in vehicle access being denied.
A flat fee of $20 per charge applies for electric vehicle charging, regardless of charging duration. Please make payment at reception prior to use.
Both salt ice and fresh ice are available for purchase from the campground office. Cash and EFTPOS payments are accepted.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the campground whose behaviour is considered inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive.
Breaches of campground rules, Health & Safety requirements, or Fire Regulations may result in immediate eviction without refund. Violence, possession of illegal drugs, or excessive alcohol consumption causing nuisance or disturbance will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the property.
